Non Stocked Products

Although we stock the majority of cleaning and inventory products at our Newton Abbot Accommodation Centre, there are non-stocked items and bespoke products that may take a little extra time to land at your doorstep. For those inventory products listed on-line but not available for next day delivery, we will notify you upon order the expected arrival date. Sometime when we are busy our inventory supplies do stock out, but with a 99% stock availability this occurrence is rare. When this does happen, don’t worry we’ll send your missing items as soon as they are back in stock and notify you along the way.

Bespoke Products & Special Orders

Every type of accommodation is unique, and sometimes personalised items are required to add a little something extra. This could be in the form of tableware supplies like catering crockery or a specific cleaning chemical for a particular job because your site is unique and your leisure facilities require specialised cleaning.

Some of our most popular non-stocked products include supplying serviced accommodation customers with badged tableware, pool and spa cleaning chemicals to holiday park leisure centres as well as bespoke lodge inventory packs. Your Account Manager can also help you complement your interior design scheme and bring individuality into your accommodation so contact them with your ideas.

Please note all specially obtained catering, cleaning and accommodation supplies which are non-catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers' carriage cost; delivery lead times which will be advised at point of order. We implement a strict non-returnable policy for specially obtained non-catalogue products.

Inventory Packs & Student Room Packs

Our listed inventory packs and student room packs are available for delivery within 3 days. Due to the sheer quantity of inventory and homewares in each accommodation pack we take time to pick, pack and check these before dispatch. That’s why these accommodation inventory packs take a little longer than our standard inventory stock items.

For those customers who order bespoke inventory packs we will agree with you the lead time. A stock code is created on our system and when replenishment is required you can order your inventory packs on-line. These will then be picked, packed and dispatched to wherever you are in the UK.
