The Robot Coupe Food Processor R301 Ultra is there for all your fine and coarse mincing, blending, kneading and grinding tasks, making it perfect for restaurants and caterers. This food processor has a 1500rpm speed with pulse function. It is reliable and a time saving investment for any commercial kitchen, combining the work of a cutter / mixer with a vegetable prep machine – meaning you only need one machine to do two job! For the cutter / mixer part of the machine there is the standard smooth-edged blade assembly e.g. fine and coarse for mincing, sauces, etc. You use the coarse serrated blades for grinding and kneading tasks. e.g. kneading, grinding, etc, and the fine-serrated blades for chopping parsley.e.g. fine mincing, sauces, etc. With the food preparation part of the processor, a large hopper (104 cm2) prepares vegetables such a as cabbage, celeriac, lettuce, tomatoes. While a cylindrical hopper (Ø 58 mm) designed for long or fragile vegetables giving an outstanding quality of cut.
