This muslin cloth is extremely versatile with a variety of functions. Made from natural material, this muslin cloth has been left unbleached making it food safe and ideal for use in commercial kitchens. Can be used to make everything from stocks to consommés to cheeses and even sloe gin! This muslin cloth is also great to have when curing meat, as air can still penetrate the cloth which is essential during meat curing, as it keeps insects and other contaminants at bay. This muslin cloth can be used time and time again if used correctly. After each use simply rinse the cloth in cold water and machine wash with a neutral detergent. Measuring 90x90cm, this muslin cloth has a multitude of purposes.
