This Matfer Exopat Silicon Baking Mat is a laminated sheet of fabric reinforced with durable food grade silicone based woven fabric that is rubberised. This baking mat is heat resistant from -40ºF to + 580ºF and reusable for between 2,000 to 3,000 baking cycles. This Exopat baking mat ensures even cooking of your baked goods and prevents the burning of baking trays. This baking mat measures 600mm x 400mm and lays flat by soaking in warm water overnight. This Matfer baking mat replaces the need for parchment paper during baking; it sponge cleans easily and leaves no greasy marks. This mat is also microwave safe, but make sure you do not cut or use sharp objects on this mat.
