This Master Class Silicone Baking Mat is a highly versatile red silicone mat that is ideal for use when kneading dough, general baking, or rolling out pastry. This Master Class mat is non-stick and completely flexible for easy transfer of the pastry to bowls and dishes during your preparation process. This baking mat also has another function; it can be used to line oven and roasting trays as nothing sticks or burns to the special heat resistant silicone material that this mat is made from. To line an oven or roasting tray, simply cut this baking mat to size as required. This silicone mat is completely washable and reusable, and it is perfectly dishwasher safe. This silicone baking mat measures 40x29.5cm and is heat resistant to 250°C (482°F).
