This Magnetic Knife Strip 12" features a sturdy, easy to clean construction. This magnetic knife strip is a must in all professional and commercial kitchens. This knife rack is suitable for use with all kinds of metal knives; this knife rack can be placed in a variety of areas and makes food preparation that much simpler. For greater safety in the commercial kitchen, we recommend that you hang chef knifes with the handle pointing down when using this knife strip.
