This commercial counter top fryer holds 5 litres of oil and has an output of 28 x 120g portions of hand-battered fish per hour. For the best results with the Lincat counter top fryer, preheat your fryer before use and use a good quality frying oil for best results. Lincat also recommend for your commercial fryer that to prolong oil life, remove frying baskets and cover with lids when not in use. Also remove food residues during use to reduce oil discolouration and flavour impairment. This Lincat fish fryer is easy to clean; for your convenience, tanks and batter plates are dishwasher safe.
