In fact, the EC4 Evans sanitiser passes EN 1276 under dirty conditions at 1:60 with 30sec contact time or at 1:100 in 5 minutes! The low dosage of this kitchen sanitiser means the Evans EC4 is extremely super concentrated, which results in a little of this liquid sanitiser going a long way. A multi-surface, unperfumed cleaner and disinfectant, Evans EC4 is suitable wherever food is handled, prepared or served. Evans recommend using this sanitiser on worktops, chopping boards, tables, refrigerators and kitchen equipment. Available to buy in cases of 2x5ltr.
