We Delivery Nationally Throughout The UK Mainland
We use a national courier as well as our own Pattersons’ transport team to deliver your bar equipment, catering supplies and cleaning products. If you place your order by 2pm and everything is in stock ready to dispatch we aim to deliver your catering & cleaning order on the next working day. Some areas of the UK take a little longer, such as postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM & TR21-25 but no longer than 3 days. Our normal delivery service excludes weekends but there is an option to select and choose Saturday delivery if you’ve forgotten to place an order on time! Orders placed between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Except for bank holidays when we’ll deliver on the first working day.

Saturday Delivery
Forgotten to place an order, or suddenly you need more stock because all your glasses smashed and you’ve realised you have a huge event on Saturday night? Not to worry with our last-minute panic delivery service which extends to offering delivery on a Saturday! For just £25 our efficient cleaning & catering delivery team will aim to deliver your cleaning and catering products to you before 12pm. Orders must be received by 2pm on the Friday so we can deliver on time.

Click & Collect Your Cleaning & Catering Supplies
Need your catering products or cleaning supplies in a hurry? Call our team, or order online, and you can collect your cleaning & catering supplies on the same day from our Bristol Cleaning & Catering Showroom if you place your order by 4pm. You can also arrange to collect your cleaning products, bar supplies and catering equipment on a Saturday here too between 9am and 1pm. We can also arrange for your cleaning products, bar and catering supplies to be delivered ready for collection from one of our national depots. In Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Warwick or Coventry? Visit and collect your cleaning and catering supply order from our Redditch trade counter. Down south in Devon? Our Newton Abbot branch also has a click and collect centre where you can collect your cleaning and catering supplies. Choose ‘click and collect’ for these depots and your cleaning and catering supplies will be ready for collection the next working day.

Currently we are unable to deliver our accommodation supplies and cleaning products outside of the UK and only to UK mainland.

Free Delivery
Delivery of your cleaning supplies and inventory products is free if your order is placed online and over £75.00 ex. VAT. (Mainland UK only). This excludes special delivery requirements, Saturday delivery and non-stocked products. Orders placed on our catering and cleaning supplies website below £75.00 (ex. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £5.95 + VAT.

Non-Stocked Items
All specially obtained catering, cleaning and accommodation supplies which are non-catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers' carriage cost; delivery lead times will be advised at point of order. We implement a strict non-returnable policy for specially obtained non-catalogue catering and cleaning products.

Delivery Policy
Sometimes your cleaning supplies and catering products may be damaged in transit, though this is a very rare occurrence, as we take every care to ensure your cleaning and catering order is received perfectly. If this does occur upon delivery, obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the receipt note or driver's paperwork. Pattersons Cleaning & Catering Supplies must be informed within 24 hours in the unlikely event of damaged or short deliveries. Please note all received catering and cleaning supplies must be signed for when we deliver. Therefore, please ensure someone is available upon receipt of your bar, catering and cleaning equipment to provide a signature. Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged items but we would request that you inform our Customer Services Team at sales@pattersons.co.uk so we can make things right for you quicker.
