Kisag 20 has a versatile multipurpose blade that mixes, chops, grinds, stirs and purees ingredients directly in the cooking vessel. With a capacity of up to 20 litres, it is perfect for making smooth soups, curries, sauces, light mousse's and purees. The stem and blade are made from specially selected stainless steel that is easily cleaned under running water, whilst the uniquely designed seal makes it impossible for liquid residue to be drawn into mixer. These features make the Kisag range of blenders ideal for busy catering establishments, from Indian restaurants through to large hotels, bakeries through to hospitals.
