Local next day delivery

To all BS postcodes, BA1, BA2, BA3, BA4, BA5, BA6, BA11, BA13, SN13, SN14, SN15.  For all orders placed and processed by 4.00pm for the above postcodes we don't promise next day delivery ... we guarantee it!

National next day delivery

We use a national courier, who during the past six months has achieved a 95% 'next day' delivery service for orders placed and processed before 2pm. (Deliveries to the Scottish highlands may take longer).  Normal next day service excludes Weekends. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched Monday.

International

Currently we are unable to deliver outside of the UK and only to UK mainland. 

Free Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £75.00 ex. VAT. (Mainland UK only) and excludes special delivery requirements and non stocked products.

Orders below £75.00 are subject to a delivery charge of £8.95.

Non-stocked items

All specially obtained non catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers' carriage at cost; delivery lead times will be advised at point of order.

We implement a strict non returnable policy for specially obtained non catalogue product.

Commercial equipment

Standard deliveries exclude unpacking, assembling and positioning. Please ensure prior to ordering, access issues are addressed. Customers will be liable for costs incurred for failed deliveries in these instances.

Installation is not included in the purchase price. It is recommended a certified installer is contacted where necessary as failure to do so may void any guarantees. As required by law, a Corgi registered engineer must install gas appliances. A copy of the certificate must be made available to Pattersons upon request. We recommend that all electrical and goods connected to the mains water supply are installed by a qualified engineer.

Delivery Policy

Upon delivery obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the receipt note or driver's paperwork. Pattersons must be informed within 24 hours in the unlikely event of damaged or short deliveries.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged items but we would request you inform our Customer Services on 0117 929 3801 immediately.
